There is a lot of controversy behind this belief, especially from bible believing Christians, Jews and even Messianic Jews. In one breath believers claim not to believe in evolution but will argue with you until they’re blue in the face that the earth rotates around the sun. I know because I used to be one of them. Yes, I too was unaware of the indoctrination, I believed what I was programmed to believe from a very young age. Joseph Goebbels the Nazi propagandist has been quoted saying “The phrase “A lie told once remains a lie, but a lie told a thousand times becomes the truth”. Hence my point, from birth they hammer this heliocentric theory into your brain, into your very being, you are programmed to believe that the earth is a ball, spinning at 1000 MPH revolving around a ball of fire that exists over 93,000,000 miles away, and the moon 230,000 miles away, hurling through an infinite vastness called space which began with a big bang many billions of years ago and we all evolved from a single celled amoeba. Hmmm, that’s a pretty interesting theory… If I didn’t believe the Bible to be the infallible word of G-D, then maybe I would have continued to believe this. But when you read the creation account in Genesis 1:1-20 as I did, but this time I read it slowly and my first question was If G-D made the light on the first day and the sun moon and the stars on the fourth day, ??? wait a minute, wait… wait a minute Light is made on the first day, the firmament on the second day, seas earth and vegetation on the third day and the sun moon and stars on the fourth day makes a lot of sense now that we can see it In plain light. Let’s Read Genesis 1:1-20 (King Jimmy Version (KJV) For all you die hard KJV fans 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. 6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. 8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. 9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. 11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. 13 And the evening and the morning were the third day. 14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, 18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. 19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day. 20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. I had said before reading this section of Genesis that this makes a lot of sense now that we see this in plain light (not plain sight) plain light because it is laid out plainly in the light for us to see. Day 1. Heaven Earth and light Day 2. Firmament (Dividing of the waters (above and below) Day 3. Gathering of the seas, Earth and Vegetation Day 4. Sun, Moon, Stars (Our Time piece) (Calendar in other words) This section of Genesis clearly goes against the big bang theory, as it describes in synoptic detail the synchronic process of creation as versed by the recipient of the word being Moses, from the very mouth of G-D. We can see on this timeline from days one to four that the events take place in a logical order. First we have a place to create Heaven earth and light to see then on day two a division to cover the creation with (Firmament) which gives room for the waters below to be gathered in one place and be called seas and dry land appear to be called earth along with vegetation which will be required, to sustain the next phase of creation, which are the animals of the earth, the birds of the air and creatures of the sea. Vegetation requires photosynthesis which is: The process by which green plants and certain other organisms transform light energy into chemical energy. During photosynthesis in green plants, light energy is captured and used to convert water, carbon dioxide, and minerals into oxygen and energy-rich organic compounds. https://www.britannica.com/science/photosynthesis Which is why the sun moon and stars were created on the fourth day following the creation of the vegetation it makes perfect sense right. What does the word used for Firmament here in Genesis mean in the Hebrew; Theopedia gives us a breakdown: Raqiya is a Hebrew word that has been translated as “firmament” (KJV, ASV), “expanse” (NIV, ESV, NASB), “dome” (NRSV), and “vault” (TNIV, NJB). https://www.theopedia.com/raqiya while the Strong’s says it is H 7549 raqia: an extended surface, expanse and the BDB defines it as a noun (masculine) Genesis 1:6 extended surface, (solid) expanse (as if beaten out; compare Job 37:18); — absolute ׳ר Ezekiel 1:22 +, construct ׳רְ Genesis 1:14 +; — ᵐ5 στερέωμα, ᵑ9 firmamentum, compare Syriac below √above; — 1. (flat) expanse (as if of ice, compare כְּעֵין הַקֶּרַח), as base, support (WklAltor. Forsch. iv. 347) Ezekiel 1:22,23,25(gloss? compare Co Toy), Ezekiel 1:26 (supporting ׳י’s throne). Hence (Ezekiel 1:22) 2. the vault of heaven, or ‘firmament,’ regarded by Hebrews as solid, and supporting ‘waters’ above it, Genesis 1:6,7 (3 t. in verse); Genesis 1:8 (called שָׁמַיַם; all P), Psalm 19:2 (“” הַשָּׁמַיַם), ׳זֹהַר הָר Daniel 12:3; also ׳ר הַשָּׁמִיִם Genesis 1:14,15,17, ׳הַשּׁ ׳עַלמְּֿנֵי ר Genesis 1:20 (all P). **רְקִיעַ עֻזּוֺ Psalm 150:1 (suffix reference to ׳י). It’s interesting to see that the word for firmament Strong’s Hebrew 7549 is found 17 times in the Old Testament and the root Word Raqa is found 11 times. In studying the bible, I have been told that if it is mentioned more than once it is important to pay attention to what is being said. For a combination of 28 times I would say that this is pretty important to pay attention to. It was this first chapter of Genesis that prompted me to research a little more, and that’s exactly what I began to do, and let me add that on a daily basis, I am able to see things that were once hidden from me due to a lack of understanding a lot clearer. So I started to read up on flat earth and seek out other biblical references on the subject and to my surprise I found more than two hundred biblical references to a flat stationary enclosed earth and a website that sites over 240+ verses for the Geocentric Stationary Flat Earth at http://www.FlatEarthDoctrine.com. My question to you is, If you believe the Bible to be the Inerrant word of G-D then how is it possible to believe in a contradictory theory like Heliocentrism, which only came to popularity with Nicholas Copernicus a little over 500 years ago. https://www.britannica.com/biography/Nicolaus-Copernicus Prior to that everyone believed in a stationary enclosed earth. This theory takes G-D out of the equation and replacing H-M with a scientific phenomenon that is yet to be proven and in reality, has no basis to stand on, yet on a daily basis, artifacts are being unearthed proving the validity of the Bible. Let’s go further back into time let’s take a look at Genesis 11:1-9 in this section we find on the timeline that the construction of the tower in Shinar takes place well after the flood and the descendants of Noah namely his Great-Grandson Nimrod are in rebellion towards G-D. Let’s read Genesis 11:1-9, 1 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. 2 As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there. 3 They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. 4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” 5 But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. 6 The LORD said, “If as one people speaking the same language, they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.” 8 So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. 9 That is why it was called Babel —because there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth. Here we see that everyone spoke one language, which makes a lot of sense when we look at the ancient civilizations depiction of the earth as being flat with a cover and the stars sun and moon inside the firmament or dome if you will. These were from ancient civilizations, this is how they viewed the earth as stationary and enclosed, then why? Why would they want us to believe otherwise? because if you knew the truth there would be no way they could imprison your mind and make you believe the lies they are feeding us, and we willingly accept it. The great agenda against man is Hasatan is seeking to destroy G-D’s creation (man) by any means necessary. I know I know you’re going to say I’m out of my mind, that is not the way things are, there have been many bible scholars that can prove otherwise. To that I say there is a verse in the bible that says, “This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind, who makes the flesh his strength and turns his heart from the LORD.” (Jeremiah 17:5). Clearly, we are to study and research for our own sake, to seek out the truth, not just any truth, The Flat-Out Truth. Paul says to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. As far as I have read in the bible, I cannot find any mention of planets. We can find the mention of certain constellations, we find the sun, moon and stars, but no mention of planets. We find in the Book of Enoch it mentions stars that are being held for judgment in Chapter 18:12-15, 12. And beyond that abyss I saw a place which had no firmament of the heaven above, and no firmly founded earth beneath it: there was no water upon it, and no birds, but it was a waste and horrible place. 13. I saw there seven stars like great burning mountains, and to me, when I inquired regarding them, 14. The angel said: ‘This place is the end of heaven and earth: this has become a prison for the stars and the host of heaven. 15. And the stars which roll over the fire are they which have transgressed the commandment of the Lord in the beginning of their rising, because they did not come forth at their appointed times. Even here we see no mention of planets. Then I realized that it says in Isaiah 42:8 8 “I am the LORD; that is my name! I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols. So how would we have so called planets that are named after Pagan gods planted in the sky. If the word of G-D is inerrant then the so-called planets really aren’t planets at all. You say but NASA has pictures of the planets, and I will tell you it’s all CGI I have never seen an actual photograph of any of these so-called planets and or galaxies. Remember the bible is inerrant and cannot lie. There are a number of other resources that have expounded on the flat Earth. I always return to the Bible as the foundation for my belief, just as many flat Earth Researchers do as well, but there is a plethora of resources out there to confirm this belief. Rob Skiba for one is an individual who researches the very research that has been researched and has incredible database of information and facts to confirm the same. As far as I have seen and read and researched, I would dare say yes not completely flat because of Mountains and valleys. There are questions you have to ask yourself; 1. How can gas and a vacuum co-exist in an uncontained state? HVAC techs can relate to this one. When you pull a vacuum on a refrigerant line and you pair it up with a tank of r-(pick your poison), via a set of gauges and you open up the line to introduce the freon what happens. The vacuum pulls in the refrigerant until the line equalizes in pressure, then you turn the unit on to raise the pressures and get the correct amount of Freon in the system for optimal operation. 2. So how can a vacuum (space) exist around a globe earth full of gases and not suck the gas right out of the atmosphere, according to what we are told space is infinite and our gas is limited. 3. How is it that in 1969 we went to the moon (Yeah Right) with less technology, and now with such advanced Technology we cannot go back. (Maybe because we never went in the first place) This subject cannot be covered in just one episode, as time and drive space are limited. There countless hours of information on the internet and in written form. But it is a topic that we will be revisiting, from time to time and depending on the interest taken might well enough become a study series or mini study series in the near future. We could go on for hours talking about this and referring back to the bible, and other extra non-canonical books. The one thing that is for certain they definitely are hiding the truth from us. So that we can look away and forget about the One True G-D. They rather we believe in the Big Bang Theory which promotes heliocentricity and desensitizes the truth that we are created in the very Image and Likeness of ELOHIM while dumbing us down with chemicals GMO and secular pagan ritualistic entertainment and drugs. In this way Revelation 22:15 Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
